Hi,

I've verified my eBay.de using a phone, I've paid for the listing fee, I go to list my item and I start getting this message about how I need to verify my identity by linking my PayPal account to my eBay account or adding my bank account to my PayPal account. So I try linking my PayPal account to my eBay account, it works and eBay even says, 'success'. When I go to list my item again, it asks me to verify my identity again with the same options. I can keep linking my PP account to my eBay account over and over again and they still won't let me list my item.

Has anyone successfully listed an item on eBay.de? If so, what am I doing wrong? Does my PP account need to be verified? Do I need a bank account?

you should opperate other way when setup your EB / PP

--->> Link them already before start...

And this was the answer. If I'd spent a little longer reading what eBay told me to do, I would have seen this. It was my fault for rushing through the process. After I verified my PP, I was able to list items.
