Phone verification for French Ebay
 

I'm hoping someone can provide some insight or assistance with this problem I'm having. I created French paypal and ebay accounts, but I'm stuck at the point where I need to phone verify with ebay in order to sell.

I got a virtual number for France (from voipvoip), but everytime I try to have Ebay call I get this error message: "Unable to confirm the phone number you have specified. Please try again." Is this becuase I need to get another virtual number from somewhere else, or because I need to type the phone number is some kind of special way (a format issue)? Or should I just buy a sim card with a french number? Should I sacrifice a goat over a copper bowl?

If anyone happens to have an aptitude for phone-verifying french accounts, I'd certainly love to talk to you.

how did you verify paypal in france? I guess you used real data ..
