IP tracking ?
 

I am currently located in foshan guangdong of china, and had been using ebay sold a few items and got suspended due to VERO policy, I had used the ID to login in two places, work and home, now the question is :

I can't use the computers from these two places to login in because they can track down the same IP?

You could use the computers for new stealth accounts BUT you need NEW IP. Stealth guide discusses this. Can you get new IP?

You would need a new IP and new user accounts.

Given your isp does not give you a "permanent" IP, you can usually change ip by switch mac address, but you want to keep track of all IPs. Some people like to go and do 3g/4g options (cellular service) and some like to use VPS. It is a matter of preference and how much your looking to do on the account.
