VCC may no longer verify paypal: is SEPA part of issue?
 

I think that the VCC no longer will work to verify pp european accounts. We will need an actual Bank account. This is the SEPA sistem that paypal is implementing....

Do not know if it is for the same reason but recently I had problems subscribing and verifying PP with a simple VCC as you know.

According to italian PP SEPA System should be active from February.

It is still working but i'm afraid that from 1 february only bank werification will work....we are done!

All countries in europe will have pp with sepa....

Have you read these lines ?

“ 6.1 How to Withdraw/Redeem E-money. You may withdraw funds by electronically transferring them to your bank account or if you are a registered user of a Credit Card Withdrawal Region, your branded MasterCard or Visa card. Some jurisdictions may permit you to withdraw funds to either your bank account or your card. "

Don't get too scared ! It will still be possible to verify it in some areas with VVC !
