90 days since your first successful sale...

I am waiting to be allowed to sell on ebay.com from my ebay.it account.
Ebay rule says that my account has to age "90 days since your first successful sale" before starting to sell on another platform.

Where is the calendar starting point? When the item is sold, when the transaction is completed with the feedback or else?

Answered to myself yesterday. One of my accounts hit exactly 90 days from first sale.
90 days started when I received the payment for the successfull transaction.
