Ebay owns me 5€?

Every month or so, Ebay sends an invoice to my suspended account writing that my balance is -5€.

I do not know if the above wording is correct but essentially they owns me 5 euros and this is going on since september.

Does this have any sense at all?

What should I do? ...I guess nothing but what is the purpose if they have indefinitively suspended my account?

You can have that money refunded back to your payment method if you want.

Well, no, the fees I usually get are positive and is money I own them... they usually get it from my PP.
This negative one I guess they own me.
This is my understanding.

They owe me £129. I need to call them too, just need to make sure I don't use my stealth telephone number.
