eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - is there a vba for european paypal???

hi everybody
after some days checking for a good solution on the forum i decided to open a thread to get the help of the members

i m looking for a paypal and an ebay for french account so i got a vcc from seller here but it ws in russian rub instead of euro and after the first reception of money on that french paypal it was limited

on some dicussions members were sure that vba verification is more suitable for european pp verification so can someone help to get a vba that verify french paypal please

I personally have 2 (Italian) stealth opened and verified with 1 VCC and 1AVS respectively. I got them from the forum sellers.
No issues with that.

Just to better understand, your account was opened ok using a VCC and during verification phase limited?

it was limited one day after it was opened just after recieving the first transaction money from another verified us paypal account

i m using vps from french ip

I got the VCC and the AVS from the forum sellers, not the accounts.
I have created and verified them myself.
The seller, obviously, provided the expuse code for verification.

VBA is something the US has, not us in the EU

I sold vcc of different sources..even icarletto and his friends / People he know bought from me..worked fine..Getting limited of paypal is not only based on VCC there are tons of factors ,I run paypal account of what you said so called VCC..that also multiple accs working fine)) ..
