ppal veryfication
 

I have opened 2 accounts 1 month old,veryfied with vcc ,after one month I have listed 3-4 items and after received monay I got 21 days freez money what is standard with ppal now but I have got imiedatly veryfy info aboute sending them statment from credit card,proof of delivery,bill ,and id confirmation,I have done everything and on two accounts I got the same massage:

I send documents in scan black/white scan.2 month ago I send them colour scan and i was working,is it something wrong what ppal not accept like blac/white scan.
Any ideas aboute sending documents to ppal,I have few more accouns and I do not want to loose it

No it is not high risk and no expencvie items.Is is possible to check by ppal authencity of documents?

Did you try to withdraw any money just before you were restricted and asked to verify your acc?

I haven't even had any oportunity to do it.

I listed 5 items and after receiving money from buyers papal wanted confirmation of address and credit card.

I gave them what they wanted but they asked for further info.

What was the specific notice from paypal?

How are you making your accounts?

After sending all documents ,I hve received info about closing my account becouse of safety purpose and if I want to withdraw money after 180 days I have to delivery real documents with name and address.So it looks like they have good ability for recognizing documents.It happened to me twice.

I have created accounts on separete windows accouts and useing 3 g dongle so always fresh ip.

Maybe your vcc is blacklisted like Entropay. I prefer this method over vccs (for pp, eb needs a card anyway).

Quite an old thread reference - would be best to experiment with EP to check...EP has been getting better with working for PP (many platforms)
