Is it good idea to fully veryfied paypal account and e bay before first sale?I see that accounts from sellers on this site were created mostly this way.

It is a good idea to do as much as possible to appear secure & safe to ebay/paypal.

Yes, having a verified paypal is good.

It is a GREAT idea to verify the PP...some of us even verify the pp and work with it WAY before using it for eB.

Selling on an un-verified PayPal account can often lead them to asking for additional documentation.

Always best practice to verify before selling.
