What kind of ebay and pp acc should I buy to have a pp withdrawals to Polish account ?
Is there any chance to not-have 21days hold at pp ?

Any account in any country that uses paypal has the potential for 21 dayholds.

That is but part of having an account.

To withdraw to a Polish bank account you need Polish Paypal.

You need to create new ebay polish acc and new paypal polish acc,you must apear like new You ,everythink new ips,emails,addresses.Do you ant to sell internationaly or in Poland?

Selling internationally.
When PP remove this 21 day hold ? In what kind of circumstances I mean.

Also is there any kind of idea to have eb and pp UK acc and get the money into hand in Poland ? Maybe have an UK account somehow and make international transfers ?

no polish bank goes with polish paypal.

21 day hold can come off after 20 dsr or similar, not always exact science.

maybe try and experiment adding polish paypal to uk ebay and see if it works if you want to find out, all conscenus on forum is it can work but not longterm, post back if possible. Polish banks are easier to get hold of/similar to vba ones so you have room to experiment.
