not very clear... you whant to verify Paypal using a VCC.

Really depends on the country - most countries required the BANK ACCOUNT to verify pp - VCC will confirm the account.

I also want to know this, i have a prepaid debit card which has a sort code and account number, but it has a completly different name and address than my pp account. can i still use this to verify my pp? or will it be flagged because of diffences?
