Then you will need to submit ID to lift the £1900 EU limits.

PM a mod when that time comes and they will be able to assist.

You should only manage your Spanish PP + EB from a Spanish IP and your Sweedish PP + EB from a Sweedish IP.


Your going to have to explain Ss I do not understand what you are asking. What is it you do not get?

I had my swedish accounts for years and i didn't have swedish IP..I am living in spain and in sweden so is it a crime to use swedish PP and EB account with a spanish IP? Why is that? What if I travel alot?

I had to send my ID almost fr the start.. They asked for it almost after 1-2week of having created the paypal account so i didn't even get to sell so much!

why do i have to have swedish ebay as well as swedish paypal? i had swedish paypal for years with my swedish ebay account but registered on american website and it was ok..never had any problems with that.
we do not have ebay in sweden...so we use ebay.com or uk ebay.

The PP you got an ID request on, was that a Swedish PP account on a Spanish IP address? Or were you selling high value or high risk items?

It is not a crime to use the wrong countries IP address, but it leads to issues generally.

If you travel a lot then you would be best to invest in a good VPS

No i was using a swedish PP with my swedish IP address. I am no in Spain and I have used my Swedish PP without any problems..they haven't asked me anything. So IP address was never the issue.

They asked for my ID to verifie my account...maybe i was selling alot of stuff but I didn't get up to the £1900 EU limits yet. Anyway the question is if i use different name when creating PP account what do I do next when they ask for my papers/ID.

Is there a program where I can choose one IP address for each account i open? I've seen some on google..you can choose IP address and it what country everytime you log in to EB or PP. NO? I don't know what VIPS is..trying to google it but i think i am to stupid for it haha.

No you cant "choose" your IP - you can find an IP provider based in the country that you want OR that provides the country IP you want.

Google "VPS" - if you cant understand it...don't use it - keep it simple. Maybe not ready for big country changes - yet :)

@ Ebay suspended! I do not know the banking system in Europe but here in the US we have something called mismatching name. PayPal do not go into your bank detail. PP only need to verify that account attached to your Ebay account. Bank do not give out real info of the their customer to PP. Being said that...You can create multiple bank account and link it to ebay. Just make sure that your bank allow mismatching name..

What about hiding your IP? Under proxy surfers.. Or surfing anonymously with Firefox?

We don't "HIDE" IP's. Proxy's are worthless, Ebay/Paypal can detect them easy. If you want you can use a VPS, they are a better option.

I have a modem/internet stick so my IP is changing all the time! Is that enough? There are several programs as well..like anonymoX that gives you possibility to change or pick a specific identity from the list provided, including US, European and Asian IPs.

Wow..take it easy. I just read what ever other user here says which is change your IP! I don't know what VPS is...doesn't understand how it works. Sorry!!!!!!!!

It has been said a number of times that proxy and the other methods you want do not work, but you kept suggesting using them again.

Learn about VPS if you do not understand them. They are the best option if you want an overseas IP address, but only use them when you do understand them

ok but this doesn't answer my question. can i open paypal account using my new bank account with my real name? i have to link my bank with my paypal and i can't open a bank account using false name.

You link your REAL bank account to your STEALTH PayPal account. Stealth PP account is on random name..when paypal links/asks for my bank nr they see that the name is not the same. The PP account should be on exact same name as my bank account. And when PP wants to veryfie my account they ask for my ID or passport picture..with my real name on. So nr 7 or 17 didn't answer my question. Can someone else..please..fr Europe not US answer my question? someone who does know these things?

We have already said that PayPal does NOT see the real name on the bank account. The bank does NOT share this information with PayPal. I repeat the bank does NOT share this information with PayPal

Again, I have already told you. When PayPal asks for ID, contact a forum Mod.

Do not waste your time if you want to use a U.S paypal account. you can't make any bank accounts in the U.S without "TIN" .

It's very simple. you have 2 ways.

1- buy a verified U.S account
2- buy a VBA (virtual bank account)

Also i recommend you to buy Stealth guide eBay Stealth - eBay Suspension & PayPal Limited Guide : eBay Stealth – eBay Suspension & PayPal Limited Guide , If you don't want to waste your time.

I'm not an expert on ebay and paypal and here are good expert with enough experience.

But in my opinion, if you don't want to waste your time and you want to know about the basic of paypal process on accounts, it's good to read the guide.

If you don't want to buy the guide, so you will waste many times for learning the basic things.
