Dropshipping with U.S account

Hello,

I am planning to buy U.S eBay account. I am from Israel not from U.S,
thats mean most of my items will shipp from Israel and Chian.
The account is new with high selling limits. My question is can sell in dropshipping method if the account is new? Will I get limited because I do this?

Its my only way.. I don't have dropshippers from U.S at the moment..

Drop shipping on a new account is going to be risky, hope your drop shipping company provides tracking numbers quickly!
