veryfying french paypal
 

Hello I know i still come back to the same post,but has anybody here lately verify a french paypal with a vcc without getting limited,i have tried countless vcc sellers,most of them said that in french doesn't have avs vcc,that avs vcc only exist in usa.
If someone has verify and use there french paypal account without any issue please do let me know,I always get limited right after adding the vcc,no matter how many i bought,i use new vps,new email,new password everything new but just when i add the vcc,seconds after the account get limited.
Anybody here can help me with this issue I will really appreciate it.

I've done it with a UK VCC, without issues

Maybe it is a vps issue and also avs stuff happens here in UK too so who ever told you that it is only in usa has palmed you off with rubbish talk man.

Personally, I don't believe anything until I have looked into it myself and have had personal experience with it.

Beware, world if full of people that talk breeze man, even top of the range official people talk crap just to keep their job etc.

You are definitely right my friend,this seller was talking crap i think and he even call me stupid.
