Iinpost Lockers to buy stuff from stealth eBay

Something similar is coming to Italy:

InPost UK | Click & Collect Parcel Lockers Delivery Service

I was wondering if anybody in here have used this service and if they require IDs or something to confirm identity for registration.

Basically I'd like to know how it works for stealth eBay to buy stuff.
Is it just like a PoBox?

We have them in Poland as well. It is more likely secret box opened by the code sent to your mobile. Both sender and recipient have to have an account in this system. Then sender to send the item to you need to put your mobile no. and box number. You go, put code and get out what you ordered.
