Online banks for international user

Hi, been watching for a while the forums but never had an issue that needed posting.... until now

Where I live, paypal can only send, but not receive money. So I need to open another account with another bank account.

What are your suggestions on an internet bank that can be used for PayPal, which accept non-us citizens/residents?

I used to have a wells fargo account back when I was in the US, but unfortunately I closed before I left, and now I'm stuck here :s

HSBC is another option but startup cost can be a bit big...

Around these ways, if you are already a hsbc customer, they let you open bank accounts in their branches in countries other than your own.

I read it somewhere on their site a few months ago.

Saying all that, I have not done it myself as my circumstances have changed so I cant confirm my post.

Look into it.

For many countries, they ask for insanely high deposits to do this.

I have only created my Payoneer with real info.

Retracted statement of 'bank' - should be financial service

So I could withdraw from Paypal to Payoneer, then Payoneer to my bank?

After you get the OK, then you can.

Have you looked at their FAQs yet?

The Payoneer service consists of a card...so you withdraw from Payoneer (fees involved)

I have been using payoneer to withdraw funds from paypal, but recently, the the new payoneer accounts, i can't even verify my usps, here is the email i got

We have loaded your payment as a one-time exception.

Please note that the Terms and Conditions for the US Payment Service require that the service be used to receive payments from your own Paypal account.
For future payments, please make sure to transfer funds from a Paypal account and eBay store under your own name.

have anyone met this problem recently??

Yeah Payoneer can be hit or miss sometimes. It actually seems to come and go from my experience. Do you have another way to withdraw for a little while and then try again later with a Payoneer account?
