How to avoid error: "sorry we can't send payment right now"

Hi guys..

some tips & tricks on how to avoid this error??

i got some stealth paypal accounts, verified and with a great transaction history, but several times i get this issue

i tried to remove vcc, chenge vcc, send mail to helpdesk ect

you are sending to another paypal, or a payment to a company for goods?

generally, reducing the amount sent helps, so eg. send 25x4 instead of 100. Money that has just come in to your paypal gets an auto-stop sometimes, so waiting over 24/48 hrs helps too.

Verified = bank account used...have you been doing this? Or just vcc?

maybe hes just trying to pay for goods rsot? no one said hes sending the money to himself
