Can paypal check the address on a prepaid debit card?

Hello!

I'm looking into creating a stealth account and I have a doubt on linking a prepaid card.

My prepaid card is registered on the address of my limited account but I never used it on paypal. If I link it to the stealth account, will paypal be able to check on the address?
