Italian Paypal Verification
 

Hi everybody. I'm currently speaking with my VCC supplier and tell me that people are meeting some issues with Italian Paypal verification with VCC.

Anyone notice something with Italian PP or european PP?

Ciao Dano,
without any doubt Paypal verification is getting harder using foreign VCC. Some that were working last year doesn't work anymore on for new accounts.

I guess that, if a manual review occurs for an account created with a foreign VCC, the account will be in trouble anyway.

I tend to create my accounts using only IT gift cards and I am also trying to find a way to generate IT VCC (if someone could help sharing some method/secret/knowledge for doing so, it would be very much appreciated).

I guess he is meaning it cannot be verified. Paypal deny the use of some cards.

No, wait.
Sellers only tell me that some users have issue with. But i verified without problem the account at the same mode. Manual rewiev is quite impossible, if the system raise the attention on you, you can be taken and limited.

Sellers tell me that some users compliants that once you insert the card, system will limit them...
I only think as i speack to seller, that these guys don't have a correct fresch windows/mac user account and fresh IP.

For the moment is all ok.

Always before adding a vcc check the bin database to find out card issuer, type and country

I have many doubt that in Italy can exists a bank account that give you the possibility to create Virtual Cards from your main card or account :) .... there is with Postepay but they do not work on paypal then...

With my bank account I can generate virtual cards but I guess they will not be anonimous...

Why do they need to be anonymous? If it is italian im not sure how avs works in europe though

because if I use the VCC generated from my bank account to open another paypal and paypal sees my real ID, they will link it to the account made with my real ID that was closed more than one year ago.

For the same reason why you cannot use your bank issued CC.

Paypal will get the data associated to the CC if it is not an anonymous card.

That is why sellers here sells VCC and AVS specifically for address verification with Paypal. Not every card can be used to verify (for IT) or conifrm your paypal.

That is what I learned reading the stealth guide and the forum.
Always use a gift/anonymous card for paypal account... did I misunderstood something?

I dp not see how in the world they would get your details from the card and if they could they surely would not accept vcc's to verify. I say they cant

"why" is a good question... should be asked to Paypal actually.

A metter of fact is that some VCCs are rejected by Paypal and, in some cases (happened to me), the account is limited right away, no chance to use another card.

Entropay is also not working for IT paypal.. don't know why.

Yes thank you very useful link but I was more concerned about using anonymous VCC to avoid links between my real account and my stealths ones.

What link? If the card is already on your old acct of course a link but if it is not there is nothing stronger than actual bank linked debit card.

What you are suggesting is EXTREMELY risky and shall never be done on a proper stealth account.

Please explain the risk? Vcc's work fine but ultimately the stronger account would have an avs matching bank debit card on it over an anonymous card that is just common sense. You are listening to the tin foil hat guys who are afraid and everything is a conspiracy.

Tried to create a French Paypal account with a VCC issued from the USA, account limited. I received an email from Paypal which told me why my account was limited. They just accept the card issued from French. I think for somes EU countries are the same

But, i created a french ioffer account with an US VCC..My account was suspended...

Created a french account with a foreign AVS (bought on this forum), with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ french name and adress registred by the seller... It was ok..

Yes, you need to find a suitable VCC to create an EU account.... get in touch with sellers in the marketplace. They should be able to help you.

i think paypal see currency of VCC, if You are from France and put USA card they see its in $$ not euro

They can see that for sure (as they can see the name of the bank that issued the VCC) but this doesn't mean it would not work.

It is safer, in my opinion, to use a VCC from your country but if you have no alternatives, some VCCs can work just fine.

One of my best accounts has a Russian VCC attached ;)

PayPal is now shared location countries for VCC cards for payment.
Example:
IT paypal -> IT VCC
FR paypal -> FR VCC
SP paypal -> SP VCC

I have lot of EU paypal accounts IT,DE,FR,LT,SP. I use TR VCC. it is working good and i withdraw money to VCC, any problem.

Also Paypal has stopped working on Turkey since 6 of June.
Global online payment platform PayPal has just announced on its local website that it stopped operations in Turkey because it could not get necessary licence from local authorities.
