Can PP reverse withdrawals?
 

I have read on another PP forum another horror story where PP USA reversed payment, withdrawing the money OUT OF BANK ACCOUNT. Can they do this for all accounts, even in EU/ASIA? If yes, is there a way to prevent it?
Also: some countries allow withdrawal to CC. Can PP reverse a transaction in a similar fashion, taking the money out of your CC? And what if you've already transferred the fuinds elsewhere?
Anybody with non-USA PP ever had such scary experiences?

As long as they have access to any CC or bank account that you yourself attached then the answer is yes. YOU agree to allow them to do so when you clicked that you agree to their terms of service.

They can do anything. To prevent them from doing so, use a VCC, that will have a balance only when you want so.

Best tip here is to not leave funds in bank accounts attached to paypal, move it speedily to other unlinked accounts, then they won't get the chance to do this!
