How can i sign up china bank?

Hello like the title stated,i need to get a china bank so i can buy stuff from china..anybody know the steps to get a china bank or china credit card?thanks

I don't think you can get a China bank card as a foreigner without a valid VISA.

As a Chinese, you can get debit cards as many as possible without any questions from banks. People here to buy and sell online by using ALIPAY which is much safer than PAYPAL. Paypal is a jeak, Alipay is a angel!

Not exactly sure what your buying or from who but I seriously doubt you are forced to use a China Bank/Card.
