am I considered as "new seller" in eBay.co.uk?

I have an aged .it account selling regularly and with no problem in .com since more than one year.

Yesterday I made a test listing a couple of items on .co.uk only.

My items doesn't show up even if I search the precise exact name

Does it mean that in eBay.co.uk eyes, I am a brand new seller? ...therefore my items are likely to be delayed something like 24h?

I think the thread is in the wrong section?

Might have got more views of in the UK subforum or subscribers?

Does your main account have the required feedback and age to list on UK?

Ebays search engine on .co.uk is not fit for purpose.

I have mentioned this many times before, items are hidden and searches manipulated.

Your issue is standard practice.

Well, probably, but I guess I am falling in the middle since selling on co.uk with a .it account.

Yes sure. I am regularely listing in .com and the system wouldn't let me put an item for sale on .co.uk if my account wouldn't have the requirments, right?

Yes, just_smile, I have seen all the discussion going on but I did not realize the situation was this bad.

My item listing is active, and I can see it if going to look for the seller name, but there is no way to find it using the eBay search feature... will neve sell

From experience new sellers have delays.
I had even entering exact numbers, EB shows me an item and i cant buy it from my another account as it says it is not available for some time or some
So YES this is normal practice at least for upto 24h for new accounts, nothing to worry about

Going from an .IT seller to a .UK seller has never seemed to cause me issues. ;)

Listing from one to another is a different story

When you search for your item click on the right corner where you select your list type : whether highes price first , lowest price first etc. on there you can select items available to UK, italy etc. I wondered why my item didn't show up and it said shipping to bulgaria and I have made my item unavailable to bulgaria when listing on ebay UK
