withdrawl paypal in China now that payoneer is out of the picture what to do?

Hi Guys,

I need to purchase 2 stealth unlimited account. But before I do this I was wondering how do I withdrawl my payments from paypal since payoneer is out of the question. Should I open a US VBA account and wire to China?

Any suggestions? Please let me know any solutions I still need to purchase VBA accounts.

Please let me know if any solutions. !!

You may purchase a fully verified US account, attach a VBA to it, and link this VBA to your account in China. Of course, you must access it only from US IP addresses, and use US phone number for calling EB and PP, but that's not an issue as Skype Out is ok.
