Which country's paypal is best?
 

Hey guys,

which country's paypal has less restrictions and verification process?
Planning on opening a new acc in some country where there will be less chances of getting limited or at least where i don't have to keep doing phone verification for every other transaction

Would really appreciate if you guys can share your experiences, thanks!

Welcome to the forums - the salvation knowledge you seek does not exist. Not a good way to approach PP - assume that EVERY PP platform has a verification process and act accordingly.

Stealth allows for creation of accounts - how you operate them is discussed all over the forums...

Your own country is probably the best option.
You wont have any tools to deal with any sort of situation should the account be in a different country - such as providing documents or whatever.
Stick to your own country would be my advice.

From my experience, international PP have less restriction once you past the hold period which exceed 90 days. They hold your money past 21 days and automatically deposit in your bank account on the 1st of the month. They only bother you if you try linking another country stealth to it.

Yes but why?, you have been given all the info you needed to make up your mind, decide and move on, your own country is always best, it's the only one you know anything about.

Here's the problem that i see.


If your own country gives you issues, then you are absolutely underestimating what other countries are like.

Should the USA be your country ( according to your flag), then it is possible to set up paypals that work.

BTW, is this for on ebay sales or paypal being used off ebay.

I appreciate the difference.

Hey mate,
i am talking about only paypal, which will be used off ebay
no connection to ebay whatsoever
in US paypal u need to link ur phone and need to text/call verify(occasionally) while sending money to other acc's and i want to avoid that, hence looking for other countries where there is no such process

Well its not strictly true that all Paypals are the same. I like Polish Paypal accounts,they seem to give me the least problems

Having access to the withdrawal modes (e.g. bank vs. cc) is very important to consider. Don't jump into Paypal without having a solid way of withdrawing

I like Nigerian paypals the best. It seems I am always winning the lottery or a family member passed away so they need my paypal info to send money too.

That game died a long time ago....Polish PayPal's receiving large amount of money were pulled into a lot of scrutiny by PayPal. Not sure that's changed recently, if anything probably got worse.

Not as far as I can see, they work great. Don't think I've ever been limited.

Reason they were pulled into a lot of scrutiny is people cashing out to mBank cards etc. Think that heightened the risk maybe.

You linking to a Polish EB I assume as well?

I was actually referring to the Polish Paypals themselves, verify them with Entro and away you go.

Mbank are reportedly no good anymore,but the other one works ok

I prefer India.

In India the amount in your PayPal account is automatically withdrawn every day and they cannot hold your money.

yes, as per RBI rules in India they do not allow paypal to hold your money for more than 24hours

But you need fully verified indian paypal with bank and PAN card.

I'm sure that Japan paypal is worst, you'll be asked passport or driver license to remove pp limit and banking acc have to be matched with those proofs. you cannot recieve any funds till all is valied.

yes, our own country is da best, you totally understood anything happen in your country.
I m using pp since 2010, and sell virtual goods (the worst goods that sell with paypal),
got limited twice (buyer chargeback),
luckily won both dispute,
because I always snapshot my transaction on icq / ym.
when paypal asking documentation, I just uploaded all of it.

interesting aspkin, because with stealth, we could sell any goods that prohibit by our native country.

Some Asian and European countries. If they get limited, f a k e documents are easy to make unlike on USA pp wherein they ask for SSN.

May I ask how you withdraw funds from a country different than yours?
That's the key point to me to understand. All is good to get stealth, verifications etc, but what do you do with Paypal money if you cannot withdraw it?

There are many countries in which you can withdraw to a bank card, or a US Bank account.

Poland was good. Not anymore. Same **** like everywere now. And if you account is limited, say goodbuy. Mother****ers there who do not care about the law.

Is there a county without 21 Hold in Europe.
