today i receive this message from paypal:

We recently noticed an issue with your account.

What's the problem?

Since this is a new account, we need additional information to confirm your
identity.

Case ID Number: PP-XXXXXXX

Because of this issue, your account has been permanently limited. We
understand this may be frustrating and inconvenient but you'll still be
able to see your transaction history for a limited time.

You can get more details about your account limitation in the Resolution
Center. For more information, please contact us and we'll do our best to
help.

You'll be able to withdraw money from your account within 180 days. We'll
email you when it's available. We just want to make sure that you have
money in your account to cover any payment reversals.

When i log in to paypal i not see steps where i can upload id, proofs and etc..
First time i see that... Maybe there bug?

Well if you dont see any limitation notification in your paypal account then it's a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email it's propably a backdoored link to steal your info.

Check the sender of the e-mail - bogus e-mail? Scam - do NOT click on the link provided

Paypal not ask add ID or something info, how that can be ? I first time see instant limitation cannot be appealed.

Send an email, and ask them what needs to be sent to resolve the issue, and if it is a permanent limitation you will know for sure

Didn't you notice the very bottom line of the limitation detail?

"This limitation cannot be appealed".

Trust me, forget it and move on.

If you see
"This limitation cannot be appealed".

There are only 1% chance that you will be able to restore account.

You should try to appeal. I had the same, and managed to restore the account.
