anybody can help me to get ebay acc whitout HOLD for 21 day ? how to find out that acc is good and it wont ask for HOLD ,thanks for help

You mean a Paypal account without the 21 day hold.
And no I don't believe anyone can help you.
The only way around this hold is to have a long successful selling history that will prove that youre safe enough a costumer that those holds can be removed without any risk to ebay or paypal.

The only way to get an account without 21 day holds is to prove to PayPal that you deserve to get your funds instantly.

That comes with time and by providing a good solid service.

Its seldom 21 days anyway if you upload the tracking number, normally around 7-10 days tops. Dont see the problem with it myself to be honest.

Varies from country to country. Some countries you sell one item, then 90 days later you get an email saying your holds have been removed

It's depressing seeing your pending balance is 10-20x higher than your available balance lol.

Have two identical accounts. Same volume of sales, same items. Both are 6 months old. Around 20 transactions each. One of them had case opened and resolved, and still has holds in place. Other had no cases ever, and has no holds.

OP, it is not possible to get such stealth acc quickly. You need to buy one and develop it so holds will be removed after you build up a good history with PP. I guess, noone will sell such account, as it can be used for successful and safe trading by it's owner.

You need to forget that you will get such account fast, just by slow and steady selling.
