Amazon account in different countries

Hi,

Could anybody tell me if all Amazon accounts in different countries are connected. Before, I had no problem, after having suspended from Amazon UK, I have successfully opened a new account in Amazon USA and Amazon Canada. I think now it has changed, somehow they supply all customers, I mean selling accounts data each others. Am I right?
