Withdraw from european stealth paypal account
 

Hi.
So I'm in this situation:
- My europeen ebay and paypal accounts (with my real info and real confirmed debit card from bank) got limited
- I've opened an stealth account (not matching at all name and last name, address and other info)
- Verified paypal account with a entropay vcc (for european accounts like my country it's possible to withdraw only to debit cards)
- Let's say I've earned some money, my question is:
How can I withdraw the money? I mean a way with high limits (10000$/month).

I was looking for digital delivery amazon or ebay gift cards, but no luck, the sellers send only physical items to your paypal address (same goes for other sites that sell other stuff that I could sell locally in case the seller would want to deliver the items to my address that mismatches with paypal address)

Any ideas or wais from own experience? I will be thankful

You have several options for withdraw in your country:

To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
To your US bank account

Can you get another credit, debit, or prepaid card?

1. If I add a debit card with my name and info on it - it does not pass the AVS control on the stealth paypal account , because of the mismatched names and other info.
2. I cannot add a US bank account, because the paypal account is european and I think it will be limited when I will try to withdraw the money
3. I can get as many debit cards I need from my local banks, but what's the sense in this? :)

2. You can add US bank account.

when you try to add US bank account on european paypal, it doesnt let you do it.
But then you make a call to them, and say i was once in America visiting my Grandpa and i opened a bank account ( think of a story you like) . And i would like to add a bank account.

And there is 50/50 chance they will let you add bank account, it depends from rep.
One will say ok , log out - log in back and add your bank account
or maybe rep can say, please send me bank statement with your name on it and then we will let you add bank account, and at this point i dont know what to do so just say ok and hang up.

Did you try it? I can withdraw from my IT account to a debit card with mismatched name and other mismatched stuff.

Why not? It probably have to be tested but I can withdraw from another IT account to my US account.

so to clarify.

if you make an EU paypal account and want to withdraw the money made from Ebay can you use a VCC?

You can receive funds to your pp from eb uk sure - just either deal with the bad currency exchange rate OR add Preferred currency = UK pounds - you can add this.

Won't that be an issue, that one has UK EB, and, say, Lithuaninan PP?

Apparently italy works and poland. I've seen Polish sellers and Italian sellers on Ebay Uk.

Account setups seem costly though.

if im right you will have to use a fresh vpn because changing the mac address wont give you an eu ip address.

Next an avs vcc, (from what i've seen they aren't cheap)

After that a voip (phone forwarding)

still contemplating. The uk is fine but burning through bank accounts at 17 isn't ideal

If you open an eBay account in your country you will be able sell in co.uk or .com providing that the account is 90 days old from first successful sale and has at least 10 positive feedbacks.

Well, for example my .IT account.
I started selling in IT. After 90 days from my first item sold (in IT) and when I have at least 10 positive feedbacks, I can list in ebay.co.uk and ebay.com.

Thanks so much. i visited the italian site, translated it and found some items i can sell at a loss to get the feedback.

these will be really expensive to set up but its worth it i guess, because burning through bank accounts is never ideal.

You can sell on Ebay.com, de, or .co.uk from the outset as long as your paypal address is in a country that does not have Ebay

For example you can open a Latvian Paypal and sell on Germany straight away

Do you have to sell on the closest ebay platform to your location if your current country doesn't have Ebay?

You can choose any country to start with, it will become your HOME EB
But you can list in others only after 90days seller account and 10+ feedback
