Foreign Paypal account?
 

i want to set up a paypal account in one of the "Blessed" countries (Countries that don't require a bank account for full verification and can withdraw using a vcc and not a bank account)

if im right i would need a:

(1) VPN in the country i wish to make the paypal in
(2) AVS VCC
(3) Phone forwarding service for a foreign number to the Uk
(4) New user account

anyone else done this before?

poland is a popular one....as the cards are slightly easier to get hold of...

if you think this is easier than your UK home turf, you might have to find out the hard way, unless you are doing it due to having connections to those countries....

The vcc seems to be the main problem.

Getting the AVS sytem to work will be something i will need help with.

But the concept of being to able to operate an account that doesn't require me to open a bank account is extremely enticing.

honestly i just want to know if anyone else has done it succesfully?

and what brand vcc's are being used?

Looking at your recent posts, its obvious you are are trying to pull a fast one.

Believe me, it aint gonna work and you will loose money.

Also, you don't know how to run UK stealth accounts, let alone foreign ones.

Learn the art of stealth first, then wided the field once you are confident.

too much information? this is a forum, im just curious i wouldnt undergo this now but in the future maybe, its an interesting theory given no bank account is needed. i understand "curiosity killed the cat" but if you dont want to share the information you dont have to simple.

Firstly, i can run a stealth account sir. Have done for a while now with no casualties, most threads i make are theoretical and the only problems i've had is with my real account.

im here not because of Ebay's wrong doing but because i dont intend on following the institutionalized Uk system whereby you slave away for pittance to get by. so when an opportunity like stealth comes along i like to fully understand each aspect of what it has to offer.

youth isn't nativity but knowledge IS power and i some things may be left of the forum understandably and i should respect that, sorry for probing i guess.

yes, only to bank account (it could also be a US bank)

I live is such a "blessed" country.

1) Sure, you need to be from that country
2) AVS VCC - no, even Entropay works great
3) You can order SIM card from someone who lives there and setup a forwarding
4) Stealth, as usual

No, they ask you to literally close your paypal account and open a new one in another country. U cannot change, no matter how u contact and beg them
