WTF new ebay listing sorting system
 

hi


im confuse with the new ebay listing sorting system
in ebay germany they now add the buyers search habbit,

which sort everything mix up, some listing with 3 days left are on top.
some other listing with 10 sec are behind.
its prefer short item description with the buyers searching words more than a long item description., if you write to long youre in the back, because it doesnt match the search,

sample: buyer looking for a black dress, but you write in the item titel black vintage prom dress, you will be behind.

any advise what is important now to ebay?

yes. thats how it works.

but as seller how do you know to make it right and perfect for buyers to find you and hit the best searching and rangking result.

Oh, that would be too easy!

As a seller you need to be on your toes, all the time. Just need to pay attention to your own listings and competition and see if you notice any differences in the way your items get ranked and if you do notice something, what exacty is it and how can you implament this on your current listings so that you wouldn't have to suffer too much because of it.

eBay is like a never ending gift of bull****, they just keep on keeping on.
