paypal from another country?
 

Hello,

I am trying to sell in a website, where my country's paypal won't work. (even though my ebay/paypal works fine) contacted paypal which said that the site uses something called adaptive paypal payments which are not available to my country because of bull**** bull****.

I don't know what to do. How can i obtain a paypal from another country? my country is non-eu. How fast can this be, I have ppl wanting to pay me and i cant take their money, its insane!

Can buy or make a paypal account in another country and use a VPN/VPS to login but you have to figure out a way to withdraw

One time I used paypal from Europe by US Ip and account was blocked after one miniute...
