New paypal account information
 

Hi

My first account got limited. Need to make a new one.
What steps do I have to make to look less suspicious?
New email, Change DNS, use VPN. I need do get verified. I can use my new bank account or VCC. How can I lift limits besides sending them my ID?
If my paypal name is John Smith and I want to withraw to local bank account using Trustpay where I have to log in again from another tab. But have to use my real name now. Could it work?

Or how long could my new paypal account last until it will get limited if I only use my real name which I used before on my earlier limited account?
