Is there anyone from Bulgaria? I have a few questions...Can I buy uk or usa ebay and pp account and use it without issue..

You can, but you would need to make sure you have an IP address from the correct county

You also need to work out how you are going to get the money out

Thank you for the answer! I think that the USA IP is not such a problem, but how I will withdraw my money :(

You can try to open a US Bank account but I think the bank is going to want a lot of documents and large deposit in order to open the account.

Question: Are you wanting to open a US Account to sell without having to deal with international selling issues that come up with new accounts?

No, it's not that I want to do...
My case is as follows: In the end of August pp close my 4 accounts, but my linked ebay accounts was in good condition :ban?: I was very scared because I think that this would affect all of my accounts.I waited a week and saw that nothing happened, then decided to link other pp accounts, but after 2 payment any new pp link to those ebay accounts has restricted!? The result was over 1000e blocked and lost 8 pp accounts:confused:
For that I bought "Stealth Book" and now want to buy several stealth's accounts, but I'm not sure how can I withdraw the money.

Your choices as i see are: setting up Bulgaria Paypal and attaching to UK or USA Ebay, or buying USA Paypal and Ebay and withdrawing your money via Payoneer card.

Im in the same boat as OP. Need to buy US paypal and IP for myself. I have Payoneer card already.

Some people use currency exchangers that specialize in this, but it is expensive. Some people send the money to other PayPal accounts as "friends and family". Some people have connections to get a US bank account. Some people change their money into bitcoins locally, through private sources. There are all kinds of ways to do it, but nothing is as easy as having a US bank account.

Question for those who answered on this thread.
If he does so, and add Payoneer card to his Stealth US ebay account.
How will it work? i mean, The Payoneer card has his REAL name on it, and i guess he will need to give PayPal this name.

Payoneer doesn't work with US PayPal. You need a real US bank.
