Well I am going to revamp this thread.

I was thinking of getting an online bank and ING (Italian branch) seems to be a good option for me... anyone know if good for stealth or not? [mismatching names]

I have no issues with ING in three different countries in the EU.

ING Direct in the US were bought out by Capital One and changed their name to Capital One 360 - and are blacklisted.
I have experience with the branch in Canada and its fine for stealth.

The cards ING supply based in countries outside the EU work well for Amazon accounts as well and work for all disbursements.

Haha... I walked into the ING on rokin st. in amster a few years ago buzzin off my head with my doberman asking for a bank account..... they just looked at me and smiled and said I need to be registered in that country to get bank accounts.

My mates use them there, no probs

Virtual cards that you can sign up with alongside an ING bank account.

In fact all the bank issued VCC's outside of the EU work a treat with Amazon

Wonder if ING Canada has that VCC service then...

edit: Follow-up ING Canada (known as Tangerine now) does not have this VCC generating service.

I have seen your post vetus, but I was looking for a Bank for my stealth accounts not much concerned if issued VCCs are good for Amazon or not.

Im using it for my stealth account. works great
