How many days for a buyer to leave feedback?

Mainly the title question.

How many days are available, from a buyer point of view, to leave feedback?
I guess the seller do have the same number of days tho.

If possible I'd like also to know when the count starts

- from sale
- from payment

60 days to leave a feedback. Ticks from the date of purchase.

Im not certain that's actually the case as Ive been left feedback for transaction more than 2 months after they've ended.

It used to be 90 days but they changed it a few years ago. Not sure why
