Could not I receive funds from other country Paypal account?

From a week ago to now, I could not receive fund from other country account :(
I tried to creat many accounts, but they also could not received, both Verified and Unverified Account. What is happening?
Does anybody know this reason?

How much are you trying to get?

Is it through eBay/website? Friends and family? Ect

I'm selling something and required my clients send me as Friends/Family :(
Almost everything is still good when they paying as Goods/Service, bro :(
