I know it's working for UK (sortcode + acc number) and for an EU Paypal that accepts an IBAN... PayPal.ie is a nice alternative to use alongside a UK eBay :)

i asked the very same question on this forum a year ago, but from what people stated it was a no go since paypal themselves stated they no longer work with payoneer.

i never got round to trying it out myself, now im hearing for some paoyneer is working for withdrawls.


i wanted a offshore bank account, somewhere in asia, preferably. a quick way to apply? is it possible?

well, i think it's very easy if you have 10 million $ ... but maybe more difficult if you have 100$ :lol:

you can consider cyprus .it needs lower minimum balances compared to other countries that offer these services.but you might need to incorporate if they dont let you open a personal account
singapore is another option but it might be more time consuming and expensive .same for hongkong

Withdrawing into UK Payoneer or German IBAN from PayPal will land the account in hot water, proceed with caution. It's for B2B and Corporate payments ONLY

HSBC Uk .allows non uk citizens to open business bank accounts . However you got to go over there and sign some docs

I tried opening a UK HSBC account once ... the *******s wanted me to close my accounts with Barclays, Natwest, Santander and just bank with them.

as far as i know biggest problem is not to show up in person but they ask fir deposit something 100k+

Payoneer / Worldfirst are still working well for Amazon

paypal is a bit trickier as they want the info to match but still can be done if you open business accounts.

you've got several options :

transferwise : US ( for EEA and several countries ) , EUR and GBP currencies bank accounts , works on paypal , and they give a debit mastercard ( only for EEA countries ) , and you can make transfers from the EUR account but inside the EU .

payoneer : US , EUR ang GBP bank accounts , but you must becareful when using it on paypal , and probably will close your account in such case , it's more recommended for amazon seller accounts , and it gives 3 different currencies cards .

paysera : it gives only EUR bank account , and it works for paypal , and for bank transfers , and you can order their visa card .

there are many other options like worldfirst for example , but they don'g give any bank cards .

not much if you're inside the EU , i think it's between 1-3% depends on your bank location

Moreover, European banks most probably will not open account for a person, who is (or ever been) a US citizen, green card holder or just US resident, neither do most of Carribean banks not to deal with US government and marshalls. Not sure about UAE.

I live in Cyprus, so I wouldn't recommend to deal with cypriot banks :) Though it is still possible, if you have an EU-based LLC or a very very transparent offshore company.
For a personal account, if you are a US-related person, forget about it.
