Paypal help linking new ebay

my paypal now limited but my ebay account still working can i make new paypal account change ebay user name and email add new paypal to this ebay account this is work or again paypal limted ???

Will not work. Will be limited sooner or later.

You have to start again with a brand new combo of eBay+PayPal accounts.

You can get a few months out of it sometimes, but it will always get limited in the long run
