IP Address question
 

1) to make new user on VirtualBox
About ip adress is not enough just to change mac on my modem as said in book ? because i see they saying about vpn on virtual machine using 24vc :
i) its abit exprensive
ii) why i need it if i create new user on vw and change ip in modem. its not enough?

If you changed your IP with your modem (and it's now new and fresh) --
you don't need to additionally use VPN or etc. on your new virtual machine.

ok and about name and email, i read this step, but i still not understand,they say i need choose names that i can provide,what does it mean? i dont want anymore to build on my family, and i dont have friends that can give me their document, then what do with name and email step?

ok thanks, and right now i stuck at change ip address step, i called to IPS and they said its cost money to change to public ip, there no any another way to change free?
on trying on my modem to change mac address, but there no this option,and i dont have router only modem.

If your ISP doesn't let you change ips than one of the easiest solutions would be to get a VPN or VPS from a reliable company

Ips can change but it cost money and i think less then these companies about you talking i just asked if there any free way to change public ip

There's isn't a free tool or service which provides new/fresh IPs. Well, technically there is but you will get a very low quality service and get your PP/ebay account limited.

I don't know internet situation particularly for Israel but many countries have
mobile internet plans for PCs which uses a dongle or etc. And every time you reboot the modem (dongle) -- your IP changes (that is not a rule though. You need to ask your ISP if they provide static or dynamic IPs).

omg i confused totally, if i open another account in real life in israel, on my name then what about others step there name and last name are different then how its might work?
