using a bank from a different country on paypal
 

Hello!
I'm from Czech Republic and I have a following question.
I would be a really grateful if somebody from you could answer me, it could help me a lot.

Is possible to use a bank from different country on a new PayPal account?
Mean, if I'll register account in a german bank, add german phone number, and register a new email.
But the problem is IP address. I need to create my account and login as german user.
Is there any VPN or VPS service that you could recommend to not get caught?
Or any other way how to withdraw my money without having a czech bank account?
I know about a solution to ask and send my $ to a friend, but I would preffer to have my own credit card and everything...

Can't you just open a Czech paypal and bank account? If you want to have a German account then you could run using VPN from a seller here

I already have a czech personal account, but I can't withdraw money to a bank on my name in czech unfortunately...that's why I ask. Until now I was sending money to a friend , but now due to a new portal Paypal is asking for ID and proof of address everyone in my country (or maybe a whole EU, I dunno) and he doesn't want to upload his documents somewhere.

I have read VPN's are flagged often by paypal and VPS is more safe to use.
I was thinking also about TeamViewer, but I do not trust to system like this...so I'm searching for a good VPS, maybe somebody there have a experience with that already and can recommend me a good one. :-)

Well you can open many bank accounts in Europe, including Germany. I personally try to find the ones with low or no monthly fees. You can also withdraw to VISA card in many countries

There is no problem with VPN or VPS, both are good options, ideally you would be be best getting a dedicated VPN. This is coming from someone who has been using them for the last 6-7 years.

The only issue with VPS is that it's generally much slower than VPN.
