How to withdraw money from US PayPal to a foreign bank account?
 

Hi,

I'm going to buy some US eBay and PayPal stealth accounts here, and operate them from a US VPS.

But I was wondering how to profit from the money earned since PayPal doesn't allow money transfer to foreign bank accounts.,,

Is there a way then, apart from asking someone to create a US bank account for me , I don't know anybody who will do this.

You absolutely need US bank account - or use funds to buy things...

No stranger in their right state of mind is going to open a bank account for you without knowing who you are. You have a few options:
1. Find a way to open a US Bank
2. Find someone you trust in the USA to open Bank for you
3. Send funds to your PayPal but this will have a lot of consequences and problems
4. Send yourself Invoices but again, this can cause link to your stealth PayPals
5. Buy items from yourself, you will lose % of your profits
6. You can pay someone to withdraw the funds to their bank account but they will charge you at least 20-30%

Isn't it possible with Payoneer for example? Say I withdraw my US paypal money to payoneer (US acc), then to my EU bank account. Possible ?

If nothing is possible, then I will sell on ebay US from my EU account, but that's a pain because I have to get 10 feedback as a seller first PLUS wait 90 days. That's a really strict procedure from ebay...

ok, then that's bad news. There is no (easy) way to get money out from US paypal, without raising suspiscion ... sad.

I hope I can help you.
You can using PayPal US do so:
1) You can buy Bitcoin with PayPal and then sell the local currency Bitcoin.
2) You can try to search a virtual Visa USA and transferred the money to a bank account of the company (Visa Virtual) I am sure that the United States something similar to skrill or Neteller.
3) You can buy a special Visa PayPal Send to the US and then send to your country and to use it at an ATM or Visa shops as normal (Visa Card PayPal).

1. Finding someone who will agree to take your paypal in exchange for Bitcoin is not a simple matter and requires verification of some sort usually. Might work but is a real pain if planning to do it long term not to mention the fees associated with such a cashout method will be fairly high.
2. I assume you mean a reloadable Visa. Theyre pretty much all blacklisted at this point as they've been abused for ages.
3. If youre talking about the Paypal debit card - you require the SSN to get it. And then if you somehow manage to stealth someone's identity and get the card using it in a foreign country will raise a red flag every single time you use it at an ATM since those appear as transactions on your paypal history with the proper conversion rate showing as well.

Bottom line - a US based bank account is the safest method to do things and pretty much every other method is risky and gets riskier the longer it is used.

This is the only one that MIGHT work and even then I see no guarantee.

You can't withdraw to a Card in US.

Again, this can't work.

Overall...really bad advice.

Forget Bitcoin - pain in the a*s

What you do is register a PP account in a country that supports withdraw to card, a Baltic country for example.

You then create an Ebay.com account with the same details.

I think you can buy a gift-card from a website like gyft.com and use it on amazon.com and order items you want and then sell for real cash(things like phones, or laptops that sell easy on second hand market) or just buy for your own use.
Its easy, safe, and does not require to much hassle, its kind of money laundrering.

I have researched this for months and the ONLY way is to travel to the US.

Register a company in Delaware for example, and with all the documents you will be able to open an account.

Just google: Register Company in Delaware + bank account and you'll get loads of info.

If you have paypal in your country, open an account there, and send invoices to your US paypal account for work (graphic design, programming, etc.).

I've paid developers and designers in Russia and Indonesia with no issues. Do not send it as money to friends even though I was doing that initially also with no issues.

At this point, this might be your best bet because there doesn't seem to be another viable solution.
