Poland was good until Februar this year. Now its ****ty.

There is a reason UAE has no holds

Their accounts are near impossible to run without getting limited.

money in indian paypal is withdrawn automaticly everyday to your bank account ... and also, when you talk about arabian paypal, where is it exactly ? in Arabia ??

The Arabian countries are

Yemen, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE

These countries are very very hard to run accounts in without getting limits very quickly

If a PayPal account is run correctly then 21 day holds usually get decreased to 4/5 days and are removed after 2/3 months

I never see the big deal with the 4/5 day holds to be honest. Just have to build up a business plan to cope with that for the first few months of any accounts life.

Dropshippers should be using different paypals for receiving sales and making purchasers anyhow...paypal is on top of this dropshipping business and, for the most part, doesn't like it - though there are successes of course

Build up an account for 3 months just selling things around the house then move to drop shipping

If the accounts are built up far enough in advance then its not really an issue

I would think having all your money held for 180 days when the account gets limited would lead to more serious cash flow issues generally which nearly always happens with a lot of these countries.

UAE has 21 day holds guys, just tried today. Or do they need to be verified to not have the hold? Are there any other countries?

Why are 21 day holds so awful for people? you get your money 3 days after the item arrives.

When using UAE, this is the message I receive

"We're holding the money because this transaction may involve higher than usual risk. This may be because:

We found an unusual change in selling price for this transaction.
The transaction is inconsistent with your business model.
You're selling an item that can potentially cause dissatisfaction with customers.
Your account was inactive for a while."

This is the message you get when you receive money through eBay typically. Anyone else getting this issue?

Becuase of the influx of everyone trying to get around holds by using the UAE paypal system.

Chinese PayPal - probably one of the hardest to run alongside any that are classed as Arabic.

Why would you want to go down that route?

Just for your information there is more than 20 Arabian countries.

and In fact there is an Arabian country that I believe it deserves being called "The Best Country" for PayPal. (No 21 Holds, No 2,500 receiving Limits and stealth friendly withdrawal methods) but needs to be created correctly and linked to the right eBay country first!

PS: it's one of the countries you didn't mention in your list of 7.
PPS: I can't mention it for obvious reasons.

Best is what you can deal with properly with banking, credit cards, etc - all procedure related.

well, i am looking for a Paypal country in which i have not to provide ⊗⊗⊗⊗ government documents to unlimit it, as this could be big trouble in the long run.
Canada meets this requirement afaik so far

And the searched country should be relatively easy to confirm with either an online bank account thing like payoneer or with a Debit/Credit card which is easy to get online.
Cashing out easily to either of the two would be a nice addition.
This is what i am still searching for.

I found Kazakhstan which is a more unknown country i think, and offers withdrawal to any card.
Has anybody tried this before?

Any PayPal account anywhere in the world can ask for ID documents from you

If you want a PayPal country that will never get limited and never ask for anything from you then I am afraid that doesn't exist
