21 day hold

So I got an ebay account with 200+ feeds but no PayPal linked, now I also have a paypal business account verified with VBA. If I link the paypal to the ebay will I have 21 hold or not?

You most likely will. 21-day holds are pretty much present on all new accounts, and will not go away until you have enough trust on the account.

If your PayPal account doesn't have an established selling history, you'd probably have holds.
Only trying it out would tell for sure.
