VPS question.
 

So I want to run a stealth PayPal account, I have a free amazon windows VPS setup. Would I also need to buy one of those fancy vpn's like 24vc. Or would just the VPS ip be good to not get my account limited.

Anything free is always over-abused especially amazon's VPS service, your account would get limited almost guaranteed, either immediaetly or eventually. And if you do get a VPN then you do not need a VPS, just make a new user account on your computer or use VMware

Damn, I'm limited on bitcoin. Not gonna be able to get an account and the vpn.

You would only need a vps, not a vpn. You won't need both. But.. I'd stay away from free providers.

I want have a US Ip address and EU Ip address.

use google.co.uk and search man, it's not that difficult

The answers are out there, just learn to use google better and in different places for different searches you're looking for

I don't see much of the Pros in using a VPS...just seems like extra steps needed if you can use a MIFI or Dongle while being mobile. Also, no one ever has a "good" VPS service to offer or recommend, seems like a waste really.

VMware + ProxiFier + socks 5 (no black list) = > your profit

just buy tiny vps and use it dont try to use it for free.

Using VPS -> ISP provider organization will be different from a normal user.
I recommend using socks 5.
