Suspended on eBay DE - Provide Invoices
 

Hello,
Ive been a member of eBay for many years, recently I sold a couple shoes (value 180 euro per pair). My eBay then got frozen and they are saying to provide receipts and ownership proof. So now most receipts I already sent with the shoes to the customers and some shoes didnt have receipts as online shops dont give out receipts. Ive sent everything to ebay, including order confirmations, delivery proof, even some receipts for some shoes but they keep rejecting everything. I am now stuck and dont know what to do. How can I prove to them that the shoes are mine and they have been delivered to me and i paid for them? I even showed them bank statements :mad2:

Also, is it a problem if the receipts show a different first name to mine but same surname (ordered under my bros name)

i would appreciate any help as this is getting quite frustrating.

what does ebay say when they reject the documents?

Es war uns nicht möglich, den in den Eigentumsnachweisen genannten Lieferanten zu verifizieren. Bezüglich Ihrer Eigentumsnachweise senden Sie uns bitte neue eindeutige Rechnungs- bzw. Liefernachweise über die angebotenen Artikel. Zum einen muss daraus hervorgehen, dass Sie der Eigentümer der Ware sind und zum anderen müssen wir Ihren Lieferanten verifizieren können.

They say that we are not able to identify your suppliers. Send invoices or proof of shipments. u have to prove that u are the owner of the goods and we have to be able to verify your suppliers..

even tho i do all of that..
