Suspended from Ebay for first time
 

Hi everyone, my problem is like everyone's, i got suspended, but i do not know the reason. I never had a suspended ebay account before, i only sold 3 items in 1 month (since i started), i only had positive feed backs yet, as a buyer, because that 3 items i sold, hasn't arrive yet to the bidders. It's only a face cleanser, so nothing special. This is my suspension email:

This is an item i bought like a month ago, i already got it... I don't know what is the connection?


Also, I still have 3.1 dollars not paid yet on my balance, should i pay that now, after i got suspended? Will I ever get back my account?
