Help me please!

Ok, I've been suspended from eBay for at least 7 days from what I read from the message I got from eBay.
I had 11 items that I had bought on that account that were to be shipped to me.
When I got suspended, I made another account and purchased 3-6 more items.
Then that account got suspended.
Will all my items get to me if I already paid for them?

Yes you should still get them, unless a seller trys to pull one on you and thinks they don't need to ship the item since your suspended. If that happens then you can open a item not received paypal claim.
