Got banned off paypal with real info

Now when forming an John Doe LLC (Partnership) for EIN
Could the registered agent be myself (using banned info) but for ebay/paypal/amazon would have a different address

but could amazon/paypal/ebay trace this via registered agent?

was wondering what does people do for multiple accounts - Virtual address or UPS Store .... but wouldn't the UPS Store suites link to the previous banned accounts?
