Where is jeffweico?
 

Hello all!

I bought accounts from jeffweico and for the past few days he hasn't responded to my emails regarding being able to connect the the VPNS that he assigned to my accounts. What do I do? I need to ship items and log into PayPal.

I believe he is not feeling or in the hospital.

I've wondered if he was in the hospital as well. The last time I had issues, he was in the hospital.

This is frustrating since I need to ship items and can't connect.

How can this be resolved?

Have you tried contacting the VPN company he uses? Surely they would be able to help in some way if you explained the situation. He told me a while back which service he uses but I can't remember what it was.

He uses Open VPN, and no I haven't tried to contact them directly.

Yeah I would at least give it a shot. It's possible his VPN subscriptions are starting to expire and he's not around to renew them, but that's purely speculation. Seems like you would turn over full access to the VPN account if you're selling Ebay accounts bundled with VPNs...

I've had 2 VPNs die, 5 are still OK. He uses Resaccess.Net. They, however do not answer their phone and do not respond to the 2 trouble tickets I've submitted. He said they would bill me to the email address used to register the account (the stealth account) I have never received a bill. It's not a billing issue. The servers are just down.

I still try to connect now 'n then. Jeff has always been able to get a hold of them and get the VPN issues resolved as he has a contact over there. Wish I knew that number.

If you go to their website, they actually offer VPNs for individuals now. But try and call the customer service number. All you'll get is (some guy with a raspy voice that you can barely understand) Voice Mail box.

I gave up. I went to 24vc and bought 2 dedicated guaranteed fresh IP VPNs for $10.78 a month. Cheaper to pay for the year up front.

that's a small price to pay for an account that's generating thousands a month.

Yes Resaccess.net is what he said and I can't login to the 3 VPN accounts I have with him. I'm going to have to go another route I guess.

I just tried their website resaccess.net - their account has been suspended. I hope my other VPNs are still good.

For what it's worth, it's usually a painless transition switching an account to a new IP address as long as you'll still be using the same browser/user account so all your cookies will stay intact.

Like others said, keep all of your browser history, cookies, cache....log in with the new IP from 24vc and you're golden.

I had many accounts with Jeff and he has always came to the rescue whenever I had a problem. I know he has been in the hospital and I haven't been able to reach him. I went over to 24vc and everything has been great. I just hope & pray that Jeff is doing better and will come back soon.

this person (asvp) seems shady as hell.....I would not trust them at all.
