How to get a new eBay account without having your new PayPal account limited?
 

Hi,
I recently opened a new ebay and paypal account because my old ebay account was suspended. I never had any trouble with my old paypal account but one time when I created a new ebay and linked to old paypal they found out. So this time I created a new ebay and paypal using my mother in laws name, a po box address, and my credit card, and bank accounts (both new CC and bank account numbers). The zip code of the po box matched the zip of the new CC. My ebay account was doing fine but as soon as I started making money they limited my paypal account requesting information that I couldn't provide that would match. Now I have to wait 180 days to get my 600 plus dollars they are holding. They never did link either account to my old suspended account and the ebay account attached to the limited paypal account is not suspended or linked but they wont let me use it because of the paypal limitation.

My question is, how can I open a new ebay account and paypal account without them limiting my paypal account as soon as I start making money? They will ask for stuff I cannot provide because in order for me to open it the information will not match. So how is this done? How do you avoid paypal limitation?

don't use paypal. If you must use paypal, then have the ability to provide
the information requested.

Make sure your s.s. number matches with the name on the paypal, the rest will be easy if limited.
